N. 196/2003, involves collection, recording, storing, elaboration, amending, selection, comparison, communication, deletion etc. Your data will be passed to our agents so that they can verify at the Conservatoria dei Registri Immobiliari, at the Land office and other Institutions the information given; 5. moreover, in accordance with what reported above, we will communicate your data only to our agents and external partners; 6. after art. 7 of the Lgs.D., you have the right to ask personally or through a delegate, at any time, which data regarding your person we have stored at our company; you also have the right to ask for their update, integration, correction, deletion, block and to stop us from processing those. More precisely, the deletion and the block concern processed data against the law. In case you want to use the right to integrate the data, you should demonstrate that there is a specific need.
